摘要
2018年全国教育大会对新时代人才培养提出了新要求。高职院校应构建全面的人才培养体系,提升人才培养质量,培养创新型、复合型、应用型人才。结合苏州市职业大学吴文化研究院教师团队的实践经验,探讨“寓教于研”高职复合型应用型人才培养模式的创新路径。
The National Education Congress has put forward new requirements for talent cultivation in the new era.Higher vocational education should build a more comprehensive talent training system to improve the quality of talent training,and train innovative,compound and applied talents.Based on the practical experience of teachers team of Wu Culture Research Institute of Suzhou Vocational University,this paper explores the training mode of compound applied talents in higher vocational colleges.
