摘要
企业开展财务共享服务活动,其重要的一点是要做好企业业务流程再造。本文在分析企业实施财务共享活动价值的基础上,讨论了企业实施财务共享需要再造其业务活动流程及其在企业业务流程中的注意事项,以期为实施财务共享企业提供一点参考意见。
The most important thing for enterprises to carry out financial sharing service activities is to do a good job in business process redesign.Based on the analysis of the value of financial sharing activities,this paper discusses the need for enterprises to redesign their business processes and the notices in their business processes in order to provide some reference for the implementation of financial sharing enterprises.
