Brief Study on Feminism and Transition of Swimsuits

20世纪以来由于女性主义思潮的快速发展,不断加速社会地位低下的女性对于解放与自由的渴望和追求;在女性主义如同浪潮一般的催化下,维多利亚时期如同家居服一般的女性“泳装”逐渐退出了历史舞台,取而代之的“比基尼”则成为了自由的代名词,百年以来的泳装变迁,不仅是一部泳装的“进化史”,更是一部女性身体的“解放史”!

Since the 20th century,because of the rapid development of feminism,women with low social status have been accelerating their desire and pursuit for liberation and freedom.Under the catalysis of feminism,women's"swimsuits"like household clothes in Victorian times have gradually withdrawn from the historical stage,and the"bikini"has become a synonym for freedom.The change of swimsuits in the past hundred years is not only the"evolutionary history"of swimsuits,but also a"history of liberation"of the female body!
