摘要
伦理引导是校园欺凌治理的教育原点,从伦理学视角剖析校园欺凌现象十分必要。校园欺凌对中小学生的身心健康成长具有巨大的负面影响,不仅消解着主体的道德认知能力,扭曲学生三观的正常塑造,而且也有损学生的健康生理心理发育。探究中小学校园欺凌现象的原因,主要在于伦理教育整体效应欠缺,德育课程重视程度不够,校园伦理文化环境淡薄。中小学校园欺凌治理需要发挥伦理教育的合力作用,重视德育课程,建设德育教育主阵地,加强道德引导,优化校园伦理文化环境,并借鉴国外欺凌治理伦理经验。
Ethical guidance should be the educational origin for the governance of campus bullying.It’s essential to analyze the phenomenon of campus bullying from the perspective of ethics.Campus bullying has a tremendous negative impact on the healthy growth of the students in primary and secondary schools.It not only eliminates the main moral cognitive ability,distorts the normal shaping of students'three views,but also damages the healthy physiological development of students.There are three reasons:the lack of overall effect of ethical education,the insufficient emphasis on moral education curriculum,and the weak campus ethical and cultural environment.The governance of bullying in primary and secondary schools needs to give play to the ethical education;attach importance to moral education curriculum,build the main position of moral education;strengthen moral guidance,optimize the campus ethical and cultural environment;and learn from foreign ethical experience of bullying governance.
