摘要
高突矿井煤层松软、地质条件复杂使煤层预抽钻孔钻进困难。针对瓦斯抽放钻孔施工过程中存在塌孔、压钻、喷孔等异常症状,分析松软煤层无法施工长钻孔的原因,在赵庄矿使用分别安装光面、螺旋、浅槽和三棱钻杆的ZDY6000L钻机,测试其钻进深孔的效果。结果表明,三棱钻杆平均钻进深度为125.1 m,比螺旋钻杆钻进深度提高了近69.9%;钻孔下筛管长度比螺旋钻杆延长了近70 m,基本解决了全程下筛管难题。该研究完善了松软煤层的打钻工艺,实现了松软煤层钻孔深度上的技术突破。
This paper is an effort to address the notorious pre pumping drilling due to coal seam softness and complex geological conditions occurring in high outburst mines.The study building on the analysis of the causes of the abnormal symptoms such as hole collapse,pressure drilling and shotcreting in the process of gas drainage drilling involves analyzing what makes it impossible to construct long drilling holes in soft coal seam;and conducting investigations in Zhaozhuang Mine using ZDY6000L and other mining rigs together with smooth,spiral,shallow groove and triangular drill pipes.The practice shows that the drilling depth of the triangular drill pipe averages 125.1 m,69.9%higher than the spiral drill pipe.The length of the lower screen pipe is about 70 m greater than that of the spiral drill pipe,leading to a basic solution to lower screen pipe in the whole process.This research could aid in the improvement in the drilling technology applicable to the conditions of soft coal seam,with the resulting technical breakthrough of drilling construction depth in soft coal seams.
