摘要
[目的]评估规范化培训护士(简称规培护士)离职意愿、职业认同感与人文关怀能力的现状,分析三者的路径关系。[方法]采用离职意愿量表、职业认同感量表和人文关怀能力量表对河南省某三级甲等医院的162名规培护士进行调查。[结果]规培护士职业认同感、人文关怀能力与离职意愿呈负相关(r=-0.744,P<0.01;r=-0.694,P<0.01),职业认同感与人文关怀能力呈正相关(r=0.788,P<0.01),且人文关怀能力在职业认同感对离职意愿的影响中起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的30.4%。[结论]护理管理者在对规培护士进行规范化培训时应重视人文关怀能力的培养,以更好地提升其职业认同感,降低其离职意愿。
Objective:To evaluate the status quo of humanistic care ability,career identity and turnover intention of standardized training nurses and analyze during period,and analyze the path relationship among the three factors.Methods:A total of 162 standardized training nurses were selected from a third-grade hospital in Henan province by convenient sampling method.Humanistic Care Ability Scale,Career Identity Scale and Turnover Intention Scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey.Results:The turnover intention of standardized training nurses was negatively correlated with the career identity and the humanistic care ability(r=-0.744,P<0.01;r=-0.694,P<0.01).The score of career identity was positively correlated with humanistic care ability(r=0.788,P<0.01).Furthermore,humanistic care ability played the mediated effect in the relationship between career identity and turnover intention,accounting for 30.4%of the total effect.Conclusions:Nursing managers should attach importance to the cultivation of positive humanistic care ability in the standardized training nurses,so as to improve their career identity and reduce their turnover intent.
