为实现热力工程项目的移动化、无纸化管理,提出基于可信电子签名的项目管理系统。介绍项目管理系统的构建过程中数字证书的注册下载过程、电子签名的确认授权过程。对可信电子签名在项目管理系统的具体应用进行分析。

In order to realize the mobility and paperless management of thermal engineering projects,a project management system based on trusted electronic signatures is proposed.The process of registration and downloading of digital certificates and the process of confirming and authorizing electronic signatures in the construction of the project management system are introduced.The application of trusted electronic signature in project management system is analyzed.
