煤改气后天然气气源不足的分析

Analysis of Insufficient Natural Gas Source after Coal-to-Gas

从我国天然气产能和消费量、进口天然气量以及天然气基础设施3个方面分析天然气供应现状。我国天然气产能不足,主要依靠进口天然气补充,天然气管网基础设施不足,储气设施滞后,调峰能力薄弱。指出天然气供给缺口大,影响煤改气推进。建议根据能源禀赋因地制宜,构建多元化能源格局,完善进口天然气供应保障体系,加快天然气基础设施建设。

The current situation of natural gas supply is analyzed from three aspects of China’s natural gas production capacity and consumption,imported natural gas quantity and natural gas facility.China’s natural gas production capacity is insufficient,mainly relying on imported natural gas supplementation,natural gas pipeline network infrastructure is insufficient,gas storage facilities are lagging,and peak shaving capacity is weak.It is pointed out that the natural gas supply gap is large,affecting the coal-to-gas.It is suggested that according to the local conditions,the diversified energy pattern should be constructed,the guarantee system of imported natural gas supply should be improved,and the construction of natural gas infrastructure should be accelerated.
