摘要
酵母菌株的性能决定了酒精生产的能耗及成本。本论文对酵母菌1308中经诱变选育出的优良菌株B4进行了性能研究,通过综合研究表明新菌株B4在16%(v/v)的酒度、及25 g/100 mL的糖度下能正常发酵,性能优于了母株1308;其他性能基本遗传了1308的性能,能应用于现有工艺中,提高发酵水平,实现节能减排。
The performance of yeast strain determines the energy consumption and cost of alcohol production. In this paper, the properties of excellent strain B4 bred by mutagenesis in yeast 1308 were studied. The comprehensive study showed that the new strain B4 was superior to the parent strain 1308 in high alcohol and sugar tolerance. The other properties were basically inherited from the parent strain 1308,It could be used in the existing technology to improve fermentation level and achieve energy saving and emission reduction.
