摘要 转基因食品走上人类餐桌已有二十余年,其安全性一直备受关注,各界人士对其认识程度不同,因此高校开设转基因食品与安全相关课程具有重要意义。文中分析了《转基因食品与安全》课程在高等院校开设的必要性,并阐述了成果导向教育理念下以学生产出为导向,转基因食品与安全课程Seminar教学模式的设计与实践应用,以及Seminar教学模式的效果评价,旨在为转基因食品与安全相关课程的教学提供参考。 Genetically modified food has been used on the human table for more than 20 years,more attention was paid for its safety. The levels of knowledge about genetically modified food were varied for people in different fields of work. Therefore,it is important that the related courses of genetically modified food and safety were opened in the universities. In this paper, we analyzed the necessity of the establishment of genetically modified food and safety courses,described the design and practical application of the seminar teaching model in genetically modified food and safety classroom teaching based on outcome-based education, and evaluated application effects. This will provide a reference for the classroom teaching of genetically modified food and safety related courses.
