摘要
借助有限元分析软件,结合Archard方程建立了热冲压成形过程中H13模具磨损模型,研究了板料温度、模具间隙和压边力对凹模不同节点位置的磨损程度的影响,并分析了其作用机理。
With the aid of the finite element analysis software and combined with the Archard equation,the H13 die wear model of high strength steel in hot stamping process was established,the influence of plate temperature,die clearance and blank holder force on the wear degree of the different node positions of the die was analyzed and the mechanism of the effect was analyzed.
