摘要
在不间断电源(Uninterruptible Power Supply)的充电器的设计中,由于输入、输出隔离功率较大,反激变换器虽然电路结构简单,但是效率低,热损耗大,不适合于UPS充电器的设计,本文提出有源钳位的反激变换器(Active-clamp Flyback)设计,分析了ACF的工作模态,成功研制了基于有源反激变换器的UPS充电器,具有功率密度高、效率高、可靠性高等优点。
In the design of charger for uninterruptible power supply,due to the isolation of input and output,high power and simple circuit structure,flyback converter is not suitable for UPS charger because of its low efficiency and high heat loss.This paper presents the design of active clamp flyback converter,and analyses the work of ACF.The UPS charger based on active flyback converter has been successfully developed,which has the advantages of high power density,high efficiency and high reliability.
