蟾龙镇痛膏联合奥施康定治疗轻中度癌性疼痛的临床研究

Clinical Observation of Chanlong Zhentong Plaster Combined with Oxy Contin on Mild to Moderate Cancer Pain with Toxin and Blood Stasis Type

目的观察蟾龙镇痛膏联合奥施康定治疗轻中度癌性疼痛(毒瘀互结证)患者的临床疗效并探讨其机制。方法将60例患者随机分为对照组与联合组,对照组口服奥施康定,联合组口服奥施康定同时疼痛处外敷蟾龙镇痛膏,连续治疗14 d,观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛数字评分(NRS),奥施康定起效剂量、起效时间、维持剂量,卡氏体力状况评分(KPS),不良反应情况。结果联合组治疗后NRS评分降低较对照组更明显(P <0.05),疼痛缓解度疗效优于对照组(P <0.05);联合组KPS评分提高较对照组更明显(P <0.05),生活质量疗效评价亦优于对照组(P <0.05);联合组奥施康定维持剂量较对照组低(P <0.05),两组奥施康定起效剂量、起效时间、不良反应无统计学差异(P> 0.05)。结论蟾龙镇痛膏联合奥施康定治疗轻中度癌性疼痛(毒瘀互结证)患者具有明显提高疼痛缓解度、改善生活质量、降低奥施康定维持剂量的作用。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chanlong Zhentong Plaster combined with Oxy Contin on patients with mild to moderate cancer pain in toxin and blood stasis type. Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the combined group. The control group received oral Oxy Contin. The combined group received oral Oxy Contin and external application of Chanlong Zhentong Plaster for 14 days.The patient′s pain NRS,Oxy Contin onset dose,onset time,maintenance dose,KPS and adverse reactions were observed. Results:In the combined group,NRS were significantly lower(P < 0.05);the efficacy evaluation of pain relief was better(P < 0.05);KPS scores were significantly higher(P < 0.05);the quality of life evaluation was better(P < 0.05);the maintenance dose was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the onset dose,onset time and adverse reactions between the groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion:Chanlong Zhentong Plaster combined with Oxy Contin can significantly improve pain relief and the quality of life of patients with mild to moderate cancer pain in toxin and blood stasis type,and decreased maintenance dose of Oxy Contin.
