电针联合自拟开窍方治疗急性腔隙性脑梗死的临床研究 被引量:5

Clinical Study on Self-made Kaiqiao Decoction Combined with Electro-Acupuncture on Acute Lacunar Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的观察电针联合自拟开窍方治疗急性腔隙性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法急性期腔隙性脑梗死患者70例随机分为两组各35例;对照组采用西医常规对症治疗,研究组在此基础上采用电针联合自拟开窍方疗法。并于治疗14 d后对病情进行评估;同时比较两组治疗后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及Barthel指数(BI)量表评分;测定血脂指标以及血液流变学指标。结果研究组总有效率为94.28%,明显高于对照组的77.14%(P <0.05);两组治疗后NIHSS评分较治疗前均有所下降,BI评分均有所上升(P <0.01),研究组改善情况明显优于对照组(P <0.01);治疗过程中两组均无明显不良反应。结论电针联合自拟方治疗急性期腔隙性脑梗死的疗效优于传统针刺疗法。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Self-made Kaiqiao Decoction combined with electro-acupuncture on acute lacunar cerebral infarction. Methods:70 patients were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine symptomatic treatment,and the research group was treated with Self-made Kaiqiao Decoction combined with electro-acupuncture. The condition was evaluated after 14 days of treatment. NIHSS scores and BI scores were compared between the two groups after treatment. Blood lipid index and hemorheological index were measured. Results:The total effective rate was94.28% in the study group,higher than that of the control group(77.14%)(P < 0.05). After treatment,NIHSS scores decreased and BI scores increased(P < 0.01);the improvement of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01). There was no significant adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion:The curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with self-made decoction on acute lacunar cerebral infarction is better than that of traditional acupuncture.
