隧道混凝土仰拱无损检测方法综述 被引量:3

摘要 传统的隧道混凝土仰拱检测以开孔取芯为主,结果往往是“一孔之见”,不能反映仰拱及其混凝土填充层的全部情况,效率较低,远远不能应对目前混凝土仰拱检测的需求。为了提高仰拱检测的有效性及检测精度,根据国内外混凝土结构无损检测及隧道仰拱检测技术发展,总结了探地雷达法和瑞雷面波法技术在隧道仰拱无损检测方面的研究与应用。探地雷达方法具有简便、高效的特点,能够对隧道仰拱厚度及密实性进行定性和部分定量检测,同时存在探测深度与精度相互制约的问题;瑞雷面波方法检测精度高,能够实现隧道仰拱厚度及不密实填充的定量检测,但是缺少针对性设备,效率较低。 The traditional testing method of tunnel invert was mainly based on opening and coring.The results could not reflect all the conditions of the invert and its concrete filling layer,and the efficiency was relatively low,which was far from meeting the current needs.This paper,according to the development of nondestructive testing(NDT)technology of concrete structures and inverted arch testing technologyat home and abroad,the technique characteristics of the ground penetrating radar(GPR)method and Rayleigh wave method are summarized to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of the inverted arch testing.The results show that the ground penetrating radar metthod is simple and efficient which can perform qualitative detection on inverted arch tunnel,where the problem of mutual restriction between detection depth and accuracy exists.The Rayleigh wave method has high detection accuracy and can achieve quantitative detection of invert thickness and non-dense filling,but it lacks targeted equipment and has low efficiency.
