摘要
基于物流服务创新理论和知识管理理论,深入剖析知识管理对物流企业服务创新绩效的影响。首先将知识管理概括为知识获取、知识共享和知识转化三个环节,构建了知识管理对物流企业服务创新绩效影响的概念模型;基于对107家物流企业的问卷调查,运用结构方程模型进行了实证研究,揭示出知识管理对物流企业服务创新绩效的影响路径及影响程度,为物流企业服务创新提供理论参考。
ed knowledge management into the three links of knowledge acquisition,knowledge sharing and knowledge transformation,and established a conceptual model of the impact of knowledge management on the service innovation performance of the logistics enterprises.Then,based on a questionnaire survey of 107 logistics enterprises,we studied empirically and using the structural equation model the path and degree of the impact of knowledge management on the service innovation performance of the logistics enterprises.
