城市旧工业建筑再利用策划研究——以包头市东河区为例

Research on Reuse Planning of Urban Old Industrial Buildings——A Case of Donghe District in Baotou

我国目前正处于高速增长的市场经济背景下,城市规模不断扩大,城市功能日趋完善,产业结构不断调整。包头市作为自治区主要重工业城市,在城市转型的过程中,产生了大量的旧工业建筑。为了使旧工业建筑在城市发展进程中发挥新的作用,完善城市功能,本文以包头市东河区为例,运用策划技术的SD法进行实地调研,获取基础数据;运用因子分析的方法,对数据进一步整理分析,从而为后期旧工业建筑的再利用提供理论依据。

At present,China is under the background of market economy with rapid economic growth.The city scale is expanding continuously,the city function is improving day by day,and the industrial structure is adjusted constantly.As a major heavy industrial city in the autonomous region,Baotou produces a large number of old industrial buildings in the process of urban transformation.In order to make old industrial buildings play a new role in the process of urban development and improve urban functions,this paper takes Donghe district in Baotou as an example.First of all,it uses SD method to conduct field investigation to obtain basic data.After that,factor analysis is applied to further sort out and analyze the data,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the reuse of old industrial buildings in the later stage.
