摘要
本文以Landsat系列遥感影像为数据源,对城市空间扩展和土地利用演变的方法进行了介绍,对厦门城市扩展的外在环境因素和内在政策因素进行了讨论。研究发现:①厦门建设用地面积从1994年的207.79 km2增加至2018年的803.21 km2;②厦门城市化进程中土地具有形态变化、功能转换等特征;③影响城市扩展的因素有地形环境制约、行政区划调整、总体规划调控等。
Based on Landsat series remote sensing images,this paper introduces the methods of urban spatial expansion and land use evolution,and discusses the external environmental factors and internal policy factors of urban expansion in Xiamen.The study found that:①the area of construction land in Xiamen increased from 207.79 km^2 in 1994 to 803.21 km^2 in 2018;②the land had the characteristics of form change and function transformation in the process of urbanization in Xiamen;③the factors affecting urban expansion are terrain and environment constraints,administrative division adjustment,master planning regulation and control,and so on.
