西安中轴线城市风貌更新研究

Research on the Renewal of Urban Style in the Central Axis of Xi’an

本文以笔者参与的西安中轴线风貌提升项目为载体,提出历史文化名城的风貌更新应在充分掌握相关文献和调研信息的基础上进行,确立研究方法,进行有依据的风貌保留和更新。依据相关资料和准则确立控制原则,对城市进行片区划分和风格定位,并以价值优先为原则、控制原则为标准,结合调研信息进行城市风貌的价值判定,从而区分保留风貌和需要更新的风貌,并依照控制原则及城市舒适性、活力性原则进行建筑和场地的风貌更新。试图打破风貌提升的"面子工程"现象,为其注入新的灵魂和文化内涵,也为其他城市的风貌更新提供借鉴和参考。

This paper takes the Xi’an central axis style improvement project as the carrier,and proposes that the historical and cultural city’s style update should be based on the premise of fully grasping relevant literature and investigation information to create and maintain an independent research methods.According to the relevant data and guidelines,the city will be divided into sections for style orientation.And based on the principle of value priority,combined with research information and control principles to determine the value of urban style,to distinguish the style of preservation and the style that needs to be updated,and update according to the control principle and the principle of urban comfort and vitality.The central axis style update framework was created to break the phenomenon of"vanity project",inject new soul and cultural connotations and provide a reference for the style renewal of other cities.
