网格化管理在师范生顶岗实习中的实践探索——以新疆和田地区某中学为例 被引量:1

摘要 顶岗实习是现代师范教师教育中非常重要的一种实践教学模式。为服务兵团向南发展,扶贫南疆基础教育,石河子大学师范学院13年来坚持派出师范生在新疆南疆地区顶岗实习支教。文中以具体实例说明,对实习师范生的管理过程中应用网格化管理技术是切实可行的,即在管理部门和职能部门里,通过划分工作学部来“分格”,所有成员自选“在格”,单元格之间秉承“分工不分家”的理念,为实习工作的顺利开展提供一体化服务,既减轻了带队指导教师的工作压力,也提高了管理效率,并给出了相应的网格化管理模型。针对顶岗实习中网格化管理体制的完善提出了“职责细节讲落实、协作意识需加强、反馈评价要及时”的建议。 Post practice is a very important mode of teaching practice in contemporary teacher's education.To adjust for the development in southern Xinjiang for XPCC,and to improve the basic education in southern Xinjiang,the Teachers College in Shihezi University has insisted on sending a large number of students to post practice in southern Xinjiang in the past 13 years.In our research,it shows that the application of grid management is effective with some specific examples,i.e.,in the management departments and in functional departments.It takes a department by work division as a grid,and every member is willing to choose the grid to work.There is a rule that all branches must cooperate and work together as one to provide integrated services for the practice work.It will not only reduce the pressures of the management for the teacher,but also improve the management efficiency.With a suggested model,and combining with the actual situation,some suggestions to improve the management mechanism on post practice of normal college students are put forward,i.e.,to implement the details,to raise the awareness of cooperation,and to timely give feedback and do the estimatation.
