摘要 研究生培养管理中导师工作行为低效、师生关系异化以及对研究生成熟度的忽视,都不利于提升研究生培养质量和水平。运用情景领导理论分析认为导师应根据研究生发展成熟度调整领导行为,针对研究生处于不同成熟度阶段适切采用吩咐型、教练型、参与型和授权型等多元化领导方式做出有效指导,切实提高研究生培养中管理效率和培养质量。 The ineffective work of tutors in postgraduate training management,the alienation of teacher-student relationship and the neglect of postgraduate maturity are not conducive to improve the quality and level of postgraduate training.Using the theory of situational leadership theory,it is believed that the tutors should adjust the leadership behavior according to the maturity of graduate students,to effectively guide the postgraduate students at different stages of maturity,such as commanding,coaching,participating and empowering,and to improve management efficiency and quality of training in postgraduate education practically.
