提升教育学专业本科生专业认同的对策研究——基于两所大学进行的调查 被引量:1

摘要 采用问卷调查法和焦点团体法,对新疆两所高校教育学专业本科生的专业认同现状、问题及影响因素进行调查。研究发现:从学生对自身专业的了解度、专业情感、专业培养认可度、专业学习投入度来看,教育学专业本科生的专业认同度有待提升。研究进而提出:学校和父母在学生专业志愿选择时,应在引导学生充分了解专业的基础上尊重学生的专业选择,以使更多真正热爱教育的学生选择教育学专业;师范院校在学生入校后应抓住时机对学生进行及时有效的专业情感培育;院校应结合教育学专业实践性的本质特点以及社会对师范人才的现实需求,进一步改革原有人才培养模式,提升实践类课程比重,丰富更新教学内容,改进教学组织形式和教学方法,在教育教学中培育学生的专业情感,引导学生加大学习投入度,提升学生的专业认同。与此同时,学校也应树立专业推介意识,加大对教育学专业的宣传力度,为教育学专业学生的就业营造良好的外部环境。 By using questionnaire survey and focus group method,this paper investigates the status quo,problems and influencing factors of professional identity of undergraduates majoring in education in two universities in Xinjiang.The study found that:from the students'understanding of their own profession,professional emotions,professional training recognition,professional learning engagement,the professional identity of undergraduates in education major needs to be improved.The study further points out that when students choose their major voluntarily,schools and parents should respect students'professional choice on the basis of guiding them to fully understand the major,so that more students who really love education can choose the major of pedagogy.Teachers colleges should seize the opportunity to carry out timely and effective professional emotions for students after they enter college.To cultivate students,colleges and universities should further reform the original talent training mode,increase the proportion of practical courses,enrich and update the teaching content,improve the teaching organization form and teaching methods,and cultivate their professional emotion in education and teaching,taking into account the practical nature of pedagogy and the actual needs of society for teachers and guiding students to increase their investment in learning and to enhance their professional identity.At the same time,colleges and universitiess should also establish awareness of professional promotion,increase the publicity of education specialty,and create a good external environment for the employment of students majoring in education.
