Based on the questionnaire data, this paper studies the educational effects under the interaction between labor market segmentation and family capital. The results show that education degree is the main factor which affects the workers'personal income.Under the condition of labor market segmentation, there are significant differences in academic education effect.First is about the difference between departments, showing that signal value for education degree of the public sector is not large; The second is the significant regional(urban)differences.Provincial capital cities and prefecture-level cities attach more importance to academic qualifications than county towns or villages.Labour market segmentation variable of gender and household capital variable of father's education level have an interactive effect on the educational effects. The city and gender of the employed person, the father's education level and the type of father's working unit, the mother's education level and the type of mother's working unit have significant interaction effects on academic qualifications.
