在信息技术的背景下,将信息技术应用于高职院校档案管理是高职院校信息建设的重要内容之一。要加强对档案管理系统的开发,提高档案管理人员的能力,完善档案管理应用系统,加快制定档案信息化建设的规章制度,创新档案管理手段,以提高档案的利用效率。

Under the background of information technology,applying information technology in archives management in higher vocational colleges is one of the important contents of information construction.This paper proposes that it is necessary to strengthen the development of archives management system,improve the ability of archives management personnel,perfect the application system,accelerate the formulation of rules for the construction,and innovate the means of archives management so as to improve the utilization efficiency of archives.
