摘要 中国传统文化包含了丰富的心理健康教育资源。深入研究传统文化融入高职学生心理健康教育的有效路径,重新认识中国传统文化对高职学生心理健康教育的价值。中国传统文化中“和合”思想、老子思想等对高职学生的心理健康教育具有借鉴意义,能培养学生良好的人际交往能力及和谐共处、积极进取、心态平衡等健康心理。 Chinese traditional culture contains rich resources of mental health education.The effective way of integrating traditional culture into higher vocational students'mental health education is studied deeply,and the value of Chinese traditional culture in higher vocational students'mental health education is re-recognized.In traditional Chinese culture,the thought of"Coexistence"and laozi's thought can be applied in higher vocational students'mental health education,and can cultivate students'good interpersonal skills and help student attain the harmonious,positive and peaceful mental state.
