摘要
为了提高机床的静态、动态性能,使其能够满足高精度、高效率的加工需求,探索了一种新的组合结构,即复合材料-钢板层合结构。文中研究了复合材料铺层角度和铺层厚度对层合结构性能的影响,并以某混凝土机床床身为原型进行改进设计。应用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对机床床身进行静动态分析,得到了其位移矢量云图、固有频率以及某节点随模态变化的位移图。结果显示,改进后的机床床身的刚度及抗振性能均有提高。
To improve the static and dynamic performance of the machine to meet the requirements of high precision and high efficiency,a new kind of structure,composite-steel plate laminated structure,was presented in this paper.The effects of the stacking angle and the thickness of the laminate on the properties of the laminated structure were studied.A machine concrete base was taken as the research object to change the structure of the machine tool lathe base.The static and dynamic characteristics of the machine base were analyzed using the finite element software ABAQUS to get the displacement vector cloud image,the natural frequency and the displacement diagram of a node with the modal.The results showed that the stiffness and anti-vibration performance of the improved machine base were improved.
