摘要
截齿是采掘机械切割煤和岩石的刀具,花瓣形截齿主要采用温锻成形工艺或多道分步冷锻成形工艺,制造成本较高。文中针对凹筋形花瓣截齿、凸筋形花瓣截齿的成形工艺,采用有限元分析方法,分别设计分步锻造成形和一次成形模具,完成批量生产。将分步锻造成形工艺和一次锻造成形前的球化退火工艺750℃4h+680℃5h优化为750℃2h+680℃3h,成形后凹、凸筋花瓣的形状仍均匀饱满且清晰,大大缩短了制造周期,节约了材料和电能。
Different techniques were studied for the formation of concave and convex petal picks.The concave-shaped petal picks were formed by the step-forging process of blank-positive extrusion-preform-forming.The forming process was analyzed by finite element simulation.For the 583T,the 800T hydraulic press is used.The pre-forming and forming processes were combined for the convex-shaped petal picks,and the one-time forging process of the petal was analyzed by finite element simulation.The maximum pressure was 527T,and the 630T hydraulic press was selected.The step-by-step forming and the one-time forming die were respectively designed.Mass production.The stepwise forging process and the spheroidizing annealing process before the forging process are optimized at 750°C 4H+680°C5H to 750°C2H+680°C3H.After shaping,the shape of the concave and convex gluten petals is evenly full and clear,greatly shortened.The manufacturing cycle saves materials and electricity.
