党的十八大以来,习近平总书记从党和国家事业发展全局出发,提出了一系列治国理政重大战略思想、重大战略部署、重大战略要求,开辟了新时代治国理政新境界。重点体现在三个方面,一是全面从严治党,重构干部体系,整顿党风政风,营造良好政治生态;二是开展脱贫攻坚,推进社会公平正义,实现全体人民的共同富裕;三是从严治军整军,坚持党对人民军队的绝对领导,筑牢“党指挥枪”的根本军魂,实现中国梦强军梦。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,general secretary Xi Jinping has embark on the overall development of the party and the state,and has put forward a series of important strategic thoughts,plans and requirements for governing the country and opening up a new realm of governing the country in the new era.It is mainly reflected in three aspects:one is to govern the party strictly in an all-round way,reconstruct the bureaucratic system,rectify the party's style and work style,and create a good political environment;the other is to carry out poverty alleviation,promote social fairness and justice,and realize the common prosperity of all the people;the third is to govern the army strictly,adhere to the party's absolute leadership over the people's army,build the fundamental soul of the"party command gun",and realize the Chinese dream and building a strong military.
