不同品种苜蓿皂甙含量的测定分析研究

Determination and Analysis of Saponins in Different Varieties of Alfalfa

利用超声波辅助提取法提取苜蓿皂甙,比色法测定皂甙含量,针对不同采摘时间、不同播种量,分析比较了7个品种苜蓿中苜蓿皂甙的含量。结果表明,不同苜蓿品种之间,同一品种,其播种量、采摘时间不同,所测苜蓿皂甙有所差异,皂甙含量在0.17%~0.61%。

Alfalfa saponins were extraction by ultrasonic assisted extraction and the colorimetric method was used for quantification. The content of saponins ofdifferent varieties , plucking time and seeding quantity were different. The results showed that the content of saponins of alfalfa varied from 0.17 % to 0.61 % indifferent varieties of alfalfa.
