摘要
工业生产过程产生的有机废气成分复杂,污染物排放量高,严重影响了空气质量及人体健康。本文对佛山市某企业有机废气治理改造工程进行案例分析,针对企业实际情况,对现有有机废气治理设施进行改造,改造后采用“冷凝-二级静电”的处理工艺进行处理,有机废气经处理后能达到广东省地方标准《家具制造行业挥发性有机化合物排放标准》(DB44/814-2010)第Ⅱ时段限值规定标准。
The organic waste gas generated by the industrial production process has complex composition and high pollutant discharge, which seriously affects air quality and human health. This paper analyzed the case of organic waste gas treatment and renovation project of a certain enterprise in Foshan City. According to the actual situation of the enterprise, the existing organic waste gas treatment facilities were reconstructed. After the transformation, the treatment process of “condensation-secondary static electricity” was adopted. And after being treated, the emission concentration and emission limit of organic waste gas can reach the standard of the second period of the Guangdong Province local standard “Volatile Organic Compound Emission Standard for Furniture Manufacturing Industry” (DB44/814-2010).
