摘要
通过队伍创新、内容创新、技术创新、管理创新、评价创新以及激励创新等措施实施开放性有机化学实验教学改革。实践表明,改革创新的措施不仅能确保学生的实验素养和实验能力得到有效的训练和提高,而且能够充分调动教师参与开放性实验教学的积极性和主动性,提高了实验教学的效益。
An Opening experiment mode was implemented in organic chemistry experiment course via the innovation of the teaching team, content, technology, management, evaluation and incentive. The practice has not only improved the experimental skills of the students, but also aroused the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers to participate in open experimental teaching, and improved the effectiveness of experimental teaching.
