一起疑似泛耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌感染暴发的调查

Investigation of an Outbreak of Acinetobacter Baumannii Infection with Suspected Pan-drug Resistance

目的对某医院ICU疑似泛耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌感染暴发进行调查,为医院感染的防控提供依据。方法通过对2018年5—6月出现的5例疑似泛耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌院内感染患者进行相关调查,同时采取临床干预措施。结果5例患者均检出泛耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌,但非院内感染暴发。经过一系列控制措施后,7月1日—8月31日ICU再无新发泛耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌。结论应合理使用抗菌药物、严格无菌操作、重视环境和物表的消毒、加强医务人员手卫生等,从多方面防控医院感染暴发。

Objective To investigate the outbreak of Acinetobacter baumannii infection in a hospital with ICU suspected pan-drug resistance,and provide evidence for prevention and control of nosocomial infection.Methods Five patients with suspected pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii infection in hospital from May to June 2018 were investigated and clinical interventions were taken.Results Pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii was detected in all five patients,but no outbreak of nosocomial infection occurred.After a series of control measures,from July 1 to August 31,there was no new pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii in the ICU.Conclusion Rational use of antibacterial drugs,strict aseptic operation,attention to environmental and physical disinfection,and strengthening of hand hygiene of medical personnel should be taken to prevent and control hospital outbreaks in many aspects.
