PDCA循环方案培训护士对住院难治性肺结核患者的效果研究

Effect of PDCA Circulation Program Training Nurses on Patients with Refractory Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的研究PDCA循环方案培训护士对住院难治性肺结核患者的效果。方法选择该院难治性肺结核患者作为研究对象,治疗时间是2018年7月—2019年7月,选取的病例数为80例。把80例患者按护理方式分成两个组别,即对照组40例、实验组40例。对照组患者使用常规护理干预,实验组患者给予PDCA循环方案培训护士后护理方式,对两组患者取得的效果进行对比分析。结果培训后25名护士的理论知识评分以及操作技能评分明显高于培训前(P<0.05);实验组的护理质量评分高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环方案培训护士能有效提升其专业知识及操作技能。

Objective To study the effect of PDCA circulation training nurses on patients with refractory pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Patients with refractory pulmonary tuberculosis in the hospital were selected as subjects.The treatment time was from July 2018 to July 2019,and the number of cases selected was 80.80 patients were divided into two groups according to the nursing method,namely 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the experimental group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention.The patients in the experimental group were given the PDCA circulation program to train the nurses after the nursing method,and the effects obtained by the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results After training,the theoretical knowledge scores and operation skill scores of the 25 nurses were significantly higher than those before the training(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.Aad was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation program training nurses can effectively improve their professional knowledge and operational skills.
