品管圈活动在提高医院药品不良反应上报例数中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle Activities in Improving the Number of Reports of Adverse Drug Reactions in Hospitals

目的探讨通过品管圈(QCC)活动,提高药品不良反应上报数量,并满足每年120例的报告要求。方法该院药惠圈成员按照QCC活动的10个步骤开展各项活动,并对活动的有形和无形结果进行评价。结果通过开展品管圈活动后,2018年7—12月药品不良反应上报数量每月均达10例以上。结论通过QCC活动提高医院药物不良反应上报例数是有效的。

Objective To explore the number of adverse drug reactions reported through quality control circle(QCC)activities,and to meet the reporting requirements of 120 cases per year.Methods Members of the hospital's medicinal circle conducted various activities in accordance with the 10 steps of the QCC activities,and evaluated the tangible and intangible results of the activities.Results After the quality control circle activities were carried out,the number of adverse drug reactions reported in July-December 2018 reached more than 10 cases per month.Conclusion It is effective to increase the number of reported adverse drug reactions in hospitals through QCC activities.
