护理查对制度在手术室应用及产生的影响分析

Analysis of the Application and Impact of Nursing Check System in Operating Room

目的探讨护理查对制度在手术室应用及产生的影响。方法选择2017年6月—2019年3月于该院行手术治疗的160例患者作为该次研究对象,随机把患者分为两组,研究组与对照组各有80例患者,对照组应用常规手术室护理,研究组在其基础上应用护理查对制度护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组患者的护理差错发生率是2.5%,护理纠纷发生率是1.3%;对照组分别是8.8%、3.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度评分与护理质量评分均要显著比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论护理查对制度在手术室应用中能够产生积极影响,可显著提高患者护理满意度与护理质量,减少护患纠纷,值得推广。

Objective To explore the impact of the nursing check system in the operating room.Methods A total of 160 patients who underwent surgery in the hospital from June 2017 to March 2019 in were randomly divided into two groups.The study group and the control group each had 80 patients.The control group adopted routine operating room nursing,the study group applied the nursing check system nursing on the basis of the nursing care,and compared the nursing effects of the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of nursing errors was 2.5%,and the incidence of nursing disputes was 1.3%,and the control group of 8.8%,3.8%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores and nursing quality scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing check system can have a positive impact in the operating room application,which can significantly improve patient care satisfaction and quality of care,reduce nurse-patient disputes,and is worth promoting.
