摘要
该文回顾性分析2018年7—12月间该院173例中药调配差错患者的相关资料,分析医院中药房管理存在的问题,探讨相应的中药房管理方案。结果发现中药房管理存在的问题主要包括中药房管理制度不完善、缺乏有力监督、人员管理力度薄弱、信息化管理程度低下和缺乏完整的药品流通记录;其中中药房管理制度不完善比例显著高于其他问题类型(P<0.05)。为此有必要健全医院中药房管理制度、重视人员管理、扩大计算机使用范围、加强监督力度。
A retrospective analysis of 173 cases of Chinese medicine mismatched patients with relevant data from July to December 2018,analysis of hospital pharmacy management problems,and explore the corresponding Chinese pharmacy management program.Results frund the problems in the management of Chinese pharmacies mainly include the imperfect management system of Chinese pharmacies,lack of effective supervision,weak personnel management,low level of information management and lack of complete drug circulation records.The proportion of imperfect management system of Chinese pharmacies is significantly higher than other question types(P<0.05).Therefore,it is necessary to improve the management system of hospital pharmacies,attach importance to personnel management,expand the scope of computer use,and strengthen supervision.
