护士分层管理提高肿瘤科护理质量的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of Nurses’ Stratified Management in Improving the Quality of Oncology Nursing

目的分析肿瘤科应用护士分层管理对护理质量所起到的作用。方法该次实验的研究对象是该院肿瘤科的21名护理人员,常规管理应用于2017年4—8月(对照组),护士分层管理应用于2018年5—9月(观察组),比较两组研究对象基础护理合格、护理工作环境、护理质量以及护理满意度。结果观察组基础护理合格、护理工作环境以及护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.00%,对照组护理满意度为82.00%,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤科应用护士分层管理,能够显著提升护理效果,强化护理人员的工作环境,保证护理质量,提高护理有效率以及患者护理满意度,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the role of hierarchical management of oncology nurses in nursing quality.Methods The subjects of this experiment were 21 nursing staff in the oncology department of the hospital.The routine management was applied from April to August 2017(control group).The stratified management of nurses was applied from May 2018 to September 2018(observation group),the basic nursing qualifications,nursing work environment,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The basic nursing qualification,nursing work environment and nursing quality score of the observation group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,and the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 82.00%,the data were significantly different and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of stratified management in oncology can significantly improve the nursing effect,strengthen the working environment of nursing staff,ensure the quality of nursing,improve the efficiency of nursing and satisfaction of patient care,which is worth learning.
