浅谈如何提高无偿献血者献血满意度

Talking about How to Improve the Blood Donation Satisfaction of Unpaid Blood Donors

目的分析、总结提高无偿献血者献血满意度的方法,为各地献血中心固定献血者比例的提高提供参考。方法采用短信、电话回访以及第三方评价等多种方式调查献血者满意度,分析影响献血者满意度的原因,并总结提高献血者满意度的方法。结果影响献血者满意度的原因主要有:血站工作者知识缺乏、技能不成熟,血站工作者服务态度不到位,血站工作者与献血者缺乏沟通,以及献血环境不佳等;提高献血者满意度的方法主要有:强化血站工作者知识储备、提高其技能水平,提升血站工作者主动服务意识和服务态度,加强血站工作者与献血者之间的沟通,改善献血环境,以及优化对献血者的后续服务工作等。结论影响无偿献血者满意度的因素众多,血站工作者应积极从强化自身知识储备、提高自身技能水平,为献血者提供更为贴心的服务,加强与献血者之间的沟通,改善献血环境,以及做好对献血者的后续服务工作等来提高献血者的满意度,以便进一步提高固定献血者比例。

Objective To analyze and summarize the methods to improve the satisfaction of blood donation among unpaid blood donors,and to provide reference for the increase of the proportion of fixed blood donors in blood donation centers.Methods The satisfaction of blood donors was investigated by SMS,telephone return visit and third-party evaluation.The causes of the satisfaction of blood donors were analyzed,and the methods of improving the satisfaction of blood donors were summarized.Results The main reasons for the satisfaction of blood donors are:lack of knowledge of blood station workers,immature skills,inadequate service attitude of blood station workers,lack of communication between blood station workers and blood donors,and poor blood donation environment;the methods of satisfaction are mainly to strengthen the knowledge reserve of blood station workers,improve their skill level,enhance the active service awareness and service attitude of blood station workers,strengthen communication between blood station workers and blood donors,and improve the blood donation environment and optimize follow-up services for blood donors.Conclusion There are many factors affecting the satisfaction of unpaid blood donors.Blood station workers should actively strengthen their knowledge reserves,improve their skills,provide more intimate services for blood donors,strengthen communication with blood donors,and improve blood donation environment,and to do a follow-up service to blood donors to improve the satisfaction of blood donors,in order to further increase the proportion of fixed blood donors.
