护理风险管理在小儿输液室管理中的应用

Application of Nursing Risk Management in Management of Pediatric Infusion Room

目的分析护理风险管理在儿科输液室管理中的应用。方法将该院儿科输液室2018年8月—2019年1月123例患儿作为研究对象,实施护理风险管理,在2018年8月之前儿科输液室管理均采用常规输液室护理,比较实施护理风险管理前后不良事件发生率、患儿家长满意率及护理人员考核成功率情况。结果实施前的不良反应发生率为26.02%,实施后为9.76%,前者明显高于后者(P<0.05);实施前的患儿家长护理满意率(70.73%)明显低于实施后(91.06%);且实施前的护理人员考核优良率(62.50%)明显低于实施后(93.75%)(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理在儿科输液室管理中能够提升护理人员的专业知识技能,尽最大限度降低不良事件发生率,提高患儿家长对该院的护理满意率,保障患儿治疗安全。

Objective To analyze the application of nursing risk management in the management of pediatric infusion room.Methods A total of 123 children in the pediatric infusion room from August 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study.Nursing risk management was implemented.Before August 2018,the pediatric infusion room management was treated with conventional infusion room care.The incidence of adverse events before and after management,the satisfaction rate of parents and the success rate of nursing staff assessment.Results The incidence of adverse reactions before implementation was 26.02%,and 9.76%after implementation.The former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).The parental satisfaction rate of children before implementation(70.73%)was significantly lower than that after implementation(91.06%);and the excellent rate of nursing staff before implementation(62.50%)was significantly lower than that after implementation(93.75%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management can improve the professional knowledge and skills of nursing staff in the management of pediatric infusion room,minimize the incidence of adverse events,improve the satisfaction rate of parents in our hospital,and ensure the safety of children.
