中药房中药饮片养护管理存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Management of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction

目的探究中药房中药饮片养护管理存在的问题,及提出解决的对策。方法2017年8月开始进行中药房中药饮片养护管理,对照组为管理前一年,观察组为管理后一年。对比两组的药品的合格率及损失率。结果管理前药品合格率69.84%,明显低于管理后98.46%(P<0.05)。管理前药品浪费损失率为23.49%,明显高于管理后6.41%(P<0.05)。结论通过对中药饮片实施养护管理,能够提高药品的合格率,确保中药饮片的质量,值得推广及应用。

Objective To explore the problems in the management of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy pieces and to propose solutions.Methods In August 2017,the maintenance and management of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal tablets was started.The control group was one year before management and the observation group was one after management.Compare the qualification rate and loss rate of the two groups of drugs.Results The qualified rate of pre-administration drugs was 69.84%,which was significantly lower than that of 98.46%after management(P<0.05).The waste loss rate of pre-administration drugs was 23.49%,which was significantly higher than 6.41%after management(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the maintenance management of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,it can improve the qualified rate of medicines and ensure the quality of Chinese medicine decoction pieces,which is worthy of promotion and application.
