乳腺癌术后化疗患者PICC置管实施护理管理干预的效果探讨

Effect of Nursing Management Intervention on PICC Catheterization in Patients with Breast Cancer after Chemotherapy

目的探讨护理管理干预对乳腺癌PICC置管患者的影响。方法选取2016年1月—2018年12月期间112例乳腺癌术后化疗实施PICC置管的患者为研究对象,按照患者入院先后顺序,分为研究组和对照组,两组患者均予以乳腺癌术后化疗常规护理,其中对照组进行常规安全管理,研究组则实施护理管理干预,比较管理效果。结果实施护理管理干预的研究组导管问题发生率为5.36%,较对照组19.64%的导管问题发生率显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施护理管理干预的研究组PICC相关并发症总发生率为3.57%,较对照组16.07%的PICC相关并发症发生率显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者PICC置管期间加强对患者的护理管理干预,有助于减少置管相关不良事件,降低并发症发生率,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing management intervention on patients with breast cancer PICC.Methods 112 patients with postoperative chemotherapy for PICC catheterization were enrolled in the study.According to the order of patients admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to december 2018,they were divided into study group and control group.Both groups received routine chemotherapy for breast cancer after operation for routine safety management,the study group implemented nursing management interventions to compare management effects.Results The incidence of catheter problems in the study group with intervention management intervention was 5.36%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(19.64%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group implementing the nursing management intervention was related to PICC of the total incidence of complications was 3.57%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(16.07%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the nursing management intervention of patients with breast cancer during PICC placement can help reduce the adverse events associated with catheterization and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worth promoting.
