摘要
本文研究了8090Al-Li 合金的超塑性变形中的微观组织结构及变形机制。电镜观察表明在8090Al-Li 合金的最佳超塑性变形条件下(T=500℃,(?)_1=3.33×10^(-3)s^(-1)),动态回复和动态再结晶是该合金超塑性变形的多重机制之一,起到了细化晶粒、释放三角晶界处应力集中和消除晶界滑动的障碍的作用。
The microstructure and deformation mechanisms of 8090 aluminum-lithium al-loy in superplastic deformation were investigated in this paper.TEM observations show that for8090 alloy under the optimum conditions of superplastic deformation(T=500℃,ε_i=3.33×10^(-3)s^(-1)),dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization take place,and incline to an equi-librium after δ= 25%.It is pointed out that dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization,which release thestress concentration at triple junction of grain boundary and remove the obstruction to grainboundary sliding,are one of the multi-mechanism of accomdation in superplasticdeformation.
