探讨中医内科疾病治疗中的安全用药管理

Exploring the Management of Safe Medication in the Treatment of Medical Diseases of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨中医内科疾病治疗中的安全用药管理,为中医内科临床安全用药管理提供科有效的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析资料库中于2017年1月—2018年1月来该诊所接受治疗的中医内科患者126例为研究对象,根据用药管理措施的不同将其分为研究组与对照组,每组63例。其中对照组常规用药管理,研究组给予患者安全用药管理。结果采用安全用药管理研究组63例,发生头晕2例,恶心2例,不良反应发生率为6.35%;对照组63例,发生头晕5例,恶心4例,不良反应发生率为14.29%,研究明显优于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.170,P=0.028<0.05)。结论采用安全用药管理治疗糖尿病肾病有较好效果,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the management of safe medication in the treatment of internal medicine of Chinese medicine,and to provide an effective treatment method for clinical safety management of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A retrospective analysis database of 126 cases of TCM medical patients who came to the clinic from January 2017 to January 2018 was divided into study group and control group according to different drug management measures.63 caseseach.The control group was routinely administered with medication,and the study group was given patients with safe medication management.Results Sixty-three patients in the study group were treated with safe medication management,2 patients developed dizziness,2 patients had nausea,the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.35%,63 patients in the control group,5 patients developed dizziness,and 4 patients had nausea.The incidence of adverse reactions was 14.29%,the study was significantly better than the control group,and the data comparison was statistically significant(χ2=3.170,P=0.028<0.05).Conclusion The use of safe medication management for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy has a good effect,it is worthy of clinical use.
