婚前检查人群3项血液传染性标志物检测结果分析

Analysis of Results of Three Blood-borne Markers in Pre-marital Examina-tion Population

目的分析2014—2018年四川省雅安市各县区婚前检查人群乙型肝炎、梅毒和艾滋病的感染情况及其影响因素。方法对2014年1月—2018年12月在雅安各县区妇幼保健院进行婚前检查的人群进行乙型肝炎两对半、梅毒螺旋体抗体和HIV抗体检测,确定婚前检查人群乙型肝炎、梅毒和艾滋病的感染率,并分析其影响因素。结果68607名接受婚前检测人群中乙肝表面抗原、梅毒螺旋体抗体和HIV抗体阳性数分别为2256人(3.29%),397人(0.58%)和74人(0.11%),男女之间阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论婚前检查人群3项血液传染性标志物中乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性率最高,婚前检查可早期发现感染人群,早期干预,避免在其配偶和母婴间传播。

Objective To analyze the infection status and influencing factors of hepatitis B,syphilis and AIDS among pre-marital inspectors in various counties and districts of Ya'an City,Sichuan Province from 2014 to 2018.Methods From January 2014 to December 2018,two halves of hepatitis b,syphilis spirochetes antibody and HIV antibody were tested among the population who had premarital examination in maternal and child health care centers in Ya'an county,to determine the infection rates of hepatitis b,syphilis and AIDS among the population who had premarital examination,and to analyze the influencing factors.Results The positive numbers of hepatitis b surface antigen,treponema pallidum antibody and HIV antibody among the 68607 premarital test subjects were 2256(3.29%),397(0.58%)and 74(0.11%),respectively.There was no statistically significant difference in the positive rate between men and women(P>0.05).Conclusion The positive rate of hepatitis B surface antigen in the three blood-borne markers of pre-marital examination is the highest.The pre-marital examination can detect the infected population early,and early intervention to avoid transmission between their spouses and mothers and children.
