潜江市2015—2018年四类食品中二氧化硫监测的结果分析

摘要 目的了解潜江市黄花菜、银耳、腐竹、干笋等四类食品中二氧化硫的污染情况,加强食品中二氧化硫的监管。方法根据湖北省食品安全风险监测方案的要求,2015—20184年在潜江市辖区的集贸市场、商店等监测点采集了四类市售食品共计102份,对二氧化硫含量进行了监测。结果102份四类食品中,总检出率92.15%,超标率50.00%。结论通过抽样检测,发现黄花菜和干笋二类食品中二氧化硫的污染水平较高,应加强食品安全监管,改进传统加工工艺,降低食品中二氧化硫的含量。
