某职业学校学生性与生殖健康知识认知情况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Students’ Sexual and Reproductive Health Knowledge in a Vocational School

目的探讨某职业学校学生性与生殖健康知识认知情况调查分析。方法选择2017年9月—2018年9月在校的学生800名作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=400)和观察组(n=400)。对照组是中职新生,观察组是高职新生,最后比较两组对性与生殖健康知识的认知情况。结果两组的性与生殖健康相关知识了解的正确率、错误率以及不知道差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的性与生殖健康相关知识了解的正确率、错误率以及不知道情况均好于对照组(P<0.05);经过调查考究后得知,观察组的需求率要高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组发生过性行为、曾意外怀孕的以及谈恋爱超过3次的几率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将某职业学校学生性与生殖健康知识认知情况调查分析后得知,高职院校的性与生殖健康知识认知的现状不是很理想,而且没有很重视性教育,态度开放,发生性行为的范围也在扩大,自我保护、防范意识薄弱,应采取适当的教育方式加强对性教育方面的教育。

Objective To investigate the knowledge and cognition of sexual and reproductive health knowledge among students in a vocational school.Methods A total of 800 students enrolled in the school between September 2017 and September 2018 were selected.The random number table was divided into control group(n=400)and observation group(n=400).The control group was a freshman in the middle school,the observation group was a freshman,and finally the two groups were compared with the knowledge of sexual and reproductive health.Results There was statistically significant difference in the accuracy,error rate,and unawareness of sexual and reproductive health-related knowledge between the two groups(P<0.05).The accuracy and error rate of the sexual and reproductive health-related knowledge of the observation group were not better than the control group(P<0.05);after investigation,it was found that the demand rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had sexual behavior,had unexpected pregnancy,and fell in love.The probability of more than three times was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After analyzing the knowledge of students'sexual and reproductive health knowledge in a vocational school,it is known that the current situation of sexual and reproductive health knowledge in higher vocational colleges is not ideal,and there is no emphasis on sexual education,attitude is open,and the scope of sexual behavior is also expanding,self-protection and awareness of prevention are weak,and appropriate education methods should be adopted to strengthen education on sexual education.
