官制,即设官的制度。历代官制既有沿袭前朝者,也有本朝的特点。金朝是女真族建立的民族政权,进而灭辽朝、北宋,发展为与南宋对峙的北方政权,同时与西夏、高丽发生宗藩关系,是中国古代王朝的重要组成部分。金代官制既有女真族的特点,又不可避免地推行汉官制,对其他北方民族建立中国古代王朝提供借鉴。因此很有必要对20世纪80年代以来专家学者金代官制研究情况做一个总结和梳理,从而有效促进金史研究深入开展。

Official system is the system of setting up officials. The official system of the past dynasties not only follows the former dynasty, but also has its own characteristics. The Jin Dynasty was a national regime established by the Nuzhen nationality, and then destroyed the Liao and Northern Song Dynasties, developed into a northern regime confronted with the Southern Song Dynasty. At the same time,its suzerain vassal relationship with Xixia and Koryo was an important part of the ancient Chinese dynasty. The official system of Jin Dynasty has both the characteristics of Nvzhen nationality and the unavoidable implementation of Han official system, which provides a reference for other northern nationalities to establish ancient Chinese dynasty. Therefore, it is necessary to summarize and sort out the research on the official system of the Jin Dynasty by experts and scholars since the 1980 s, so as to effectively promote the in-depth study of the Jin Dynasty.
