遵义市“三区”计划项目实施情况探讨

On the Implementation of “Three-district” Project in Zunyi City

为全面贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,加强社会治理与社会创新格局,2012年,《边远贫困地区、边疆民族地区和革命老区人才支持计划社会工作人才专项计划实施方案》提出,从2012年到2020年,每年引入1000名社会工作人才到"三区"工作和提供服务。文章以遵义市"三区"计划项目为例,立足于"三区"计划在贫困地区、革命老区实施的实际情况,并结合参与"三区"项目服务的经验,综合分析项目实施取得的成效与面临的困境,以期能够为贫困地区社会工作的发展提供借鉴。

With a view to fully implementing Xi Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and strengthen the pattern of social governance and social innovation in 2012,The Implementation Plan of the Special Plan for Social Work Talents in Remote and Poverty-stricken Areas,Frontier Minority Areas and Old Revolutionary Areas proposes that,from 2012 to 2020,1000 social work talents be introduced each year to work and provide services in the"three districts".Taking the"three districts"project of Zunyi City as an example,this paper,based on the actual situation of the implementation of the"three districts"plan in poor areas and old revolutionary base areas and combined with the experience of participating in the service of the"three districts"project,makes a comprehensive analysis of the results of the implementation of the project and the difficulties in order to provide some ideas for the development of social work in poor areas.
