摘要
文章对近10年CSSCI收录的体育学期刊中表象训练在体育各运动项目中的研究进行统计和探析,综述了表象训练有关概念、原理、应用等内容,探讨了表象训练及花样跳绳运用及总结归纳,为两者互通互融提供参考性建议,旨在为花样跳绳运动能采用表象训练这新的训练方法做出初步尝试与贡献。
The research of imagery training in various sports items in the sports journals of CSSCI in recent 10 years was statistically analyzed and explored.And summarizes the image training related content,such as the concept,principle,application,etc.,and discusses the utilization and summarizing for the method into the pattern in rope skipping exercise.And provides some Suggestions for the mutual integration of the two.Aims at making a preliminary attempt and contribution that the sport of rope skipping could combine with imagery training which is a new training method.
