According to the research progress of polysaccharide extraction from ganoderma lucidum,this paper summarizes the principles,characteristics and technological conditions of hot water extraction,ultrasonic extraction,microwave extraction,ultrasound-assisted enzymatic hydrolysis extraction,high pressure hot water extraction and continuous dynamic countercurrent extraction,in order to provide references for the extraction of active ingredients from ganoderma lucidum.
